The popular street food has become a symbol of Thailand, with hundreds of thousands of people attending Pho Pha’s annual celebrations each year.
This year’s celebrations, known as Pho Nam (the Moon), are taking place in Phuket, one of the capital cities of Thailand.
This is the first year Pho has been celebrated with a moon phase.
In addition to Pho, the other popular dishes are Thai chayote (spicy pork), Pho bap (fried rice noodles), and Pho moe (meat balls).
