Pho tiao is one of the most popular dishes of Vietnam and the pho tao, is a dish made with pork belly, fish, vegetables and shrimp.
Pho is a staple of Vietnamese cuisine.

This recipe is so simple that you won’t be able to go wrong with it.
All you need is a small pot and a few rice bowls.
You will also need a big pot, but we suggest a large pot.
Phoe tiao ingredients 1 head of cabbage 1 large onion 1 red pepper 1 large clove of garlic 1 head and a half of pork belly 2 cups of rice 1 large bowl of broth Pho thi (the broth) 1 cup of vegetable broth Phong thi soup or broth 2 large eggs 1 small piece of ginger 1/2 cup of peanuts (or other peanuts) 1 tablespoon of fish sauce 1 teaspoon of black pepper 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon of coriander powder (or more to taste) 2 teaspoons sugar 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar Pho tiang (stir the rice, fish and vegetables together with some water) 1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Peel and grate the cabbage.
Add it to a bowl with the chopped onion and the red pepper.
Add the garlic, stir the vegetables together and then add the pork belly and the cabbage together.
Add 1 tablespoon broth to the bowl.
Add 2 cups rice to the pot.
Add water to the boiling pot.
Add chicken stock and the chicken broth to thicken the soup.
Add salt, pepper, coriand chilli powder, cumin, chili powder, and sugar.
Add a little water to make the broth thicker.
Pour the broth into the bowl and stir in the eggs.
Pour on the broth mixture.
Add some peanuts, ginger, peanuts, fish sauce, vinegar and water to taste.
Serve the pha tiang or broth over rice or noodles.
