A friend of mine once made a bowl of pho and asked me, “Why don’t you just go get some fresh pho for me?”
I said, “Oh, I don’t want to wash my hands.”
She said, “…but it’s easier to just go and grab some fresh ones and eat them.”
And I’m like, “I can’t do that, that’s going to be a waste of time.”
So, I decided to take her advice and get myself a fresh bowl of fresh pha for my pho.
I bought a little container and put it in the fridge.
And then, the next day, I walked out of the kitchen and I was like, I gotta do this.
I went back and started putting fresh phao in the bowls that I had prepared.
So, the recipe is exactly the same as the one that I made before.
I just had to get it in there fresh.
